Hi, I'm the founder of Island based digital management agency Pocket Axis & business directory Pocket Directories.

The rules were already changing. Then we hit a pandemic & those changes became set in stone.
Running the online aspect of a SME in 2023 is a true juggling act. The website was all you needed 10 years ago...these days it has to function as a senior member of an integrated team.
My job is to help you navigate this path...to identify the right combination of software & services that will both streamline your operations & increase your revenue!
I have lived on the Island for over four years now. My main interests are centred around people...namely behavioural science & personality types.
I've applied the knowledge gained in these fields to the business, to ensure that we can 'put ourselves in our clients shoes' from an empathy perspective...resulting in better client journeys all round!

This means going into greater detail about what your business does. 'Plumber in Ryde' does not indicate if you do emergency call outs, Island wide jobs, maintenance contracts, pipework, water filtration or a combination of all of these plus more.

On the client side, the directory gives clients the chance to be very specific about what they want, through a form within Wight Theory.
